The Culture Reel

The Culture Reel is a film, TV and pop-culture review podcast. With less than 4.1% of film critics being BAME women in the UK, the platform was created to fill the diversity gap in film criticism, and help promote diversity and inclusion of voices that consume entertainment in the UK. Produced and hosted by two Black British women the show covers reviews from latest film releases and news from box office blockbusters to cult classics and obscure favourites, providing a perspective and narrative to film reviews and criticism that is not often heard.
